Today marks 1 week since I came to the hospital. I wasn't really sure where to start, so I figured I'd start with today and post back logs later, if at all. In addition to today being 1 week in the hospital, it also marks my pregnancy at exactly 26 weeks. I've had several rounds of antibotics, which still continue, my steroids to help develop the babies lungs and my cerclage removed. Now we sit and pray that our little girl stays in her womb for as long as possible. My Dr seems to think I will deliver within a week giving the condition of my cervix, however, the perintologist thinks and hopes it will be at least another 2 weeks (at week 28 weeks). I am hoping the neonatal specialist comes in today. The order has been in since I came in the hospital but everybody is fighting over who should see me. The doctor on staff yesterday said it should be the doctor that was here when I first arrived, the other doctor says, it's whoever gets the time on any given day. Welp, they have until today to figure it out and then I start raising heck over here.
I'm beginning to become aggervated by the incompetence of some of the nurses/doctors here. I'm tired of students and today will be the last day I deal with any of them. Although I'm aggervated I try to find humor in some of it because if I did't I'd go nuts.
